Welcome to Nano Micro Boost. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nano Micro Boost website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1. Nature of the Platform. Nano Micro Boost is a technology platform that connects project creators ("Creators") with individuals who wish to contribute funds ("Backers") using Nano cryptocurrency. We are not a broker, financial institution, creditor, or charitable organization. All transactions are conducted on a peer-to-peer basis directly between Creators and Backers.
1.2. Non-Custodial Service. We are a non-custodial platform. This means we never take possession or control of users' funds. All Nano contributions are sent directly from a Backer's wallet to the Creator's specified Nano address. We do not offer an escrow service.
1.3. No Guarantee. Nano Micro Boost does not guarantee that any project will achieve its funding goals or that projects will be completed as described. We do not vet or endorse any projects or Creators. We strongly advise Backers to conduct their own research before contributing to any project.
1.4. All Contributions are Final. As stated in our FAQ, all contributions are final and non-refundable. Nano Micro Boost has no ability to reverse transactions or issue refunds.
2.1. Account Registration. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information updated.

2.3. Tax Obligations. It is your sole responsibility to determine what, if any, taxes apply to the contributions you receive or make through the Platform. We are not responsible for determining the tax implications of any transactions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Nano Micro Boost, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (iii) any content obtained from the Platform; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
